Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste) 3 tablespoons Mayan's Secret sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced & 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice & 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
2-4 tablespoons water (adjust for desired consistency)
Optional toppings: extra sesame seeds, paprika, chopped parsley

Instructions:
Blend chickpeas, tahini, Mayan's Secret sesame seeds, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, ground cumin, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Adjust the consistency with water if needed. Taste and season to preference. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with sesame seeds, paprika, and chopped parsley.
